York Lake Golf & Country Club
A short drive south of Yorkton, the York Lake Golf & Country Club is a delightful 18 hole grass green course that is very popular with the area’Äôs golfers. It is set in the restful York Lake Regional Park which is also home to a ball park and a gun range. Boating, swimming and camping may also be enjoyed in the park. The course lies on rolling terrain (uneven lies are not uncommon) that ranges from open to heavily forested. Its greens are large and usually present generous targets. Many holes feature sand bunkers and water is in play on five holes. Overall, York Lake is a challenging but functional course, suitable for players of all levels of ability. It also offers practice facilities which include a chipping and putting green and a driving range.
