Valley View Golf Club sits atop a hill crest in ruggedly beautiful terrain between Winlaw and Slocan. A place where visitors are always welcome, this public golfing haven draws most of its membership from Slocan Valley. With great views of the Slocan Valley from most every hole, Valley View is a wonderfully natural golf course. It follows the contours of the land and contains many interesting slopes and undulations. On land that was once the site of a large fruit orchard, its fairways range from open to tightly confined by trees. A moderate number of hazards are in play at Valley View, including traps on the 4th and 5th holes. The course is smartly maintained and kept lush throughout the season.
