One of the must play golf courses in the Kootenay’Äôs, Balfour GC is a Les Furber design that plays from four different sets of tees to a par 72. With magnificent views of Kootenay Lake as well as the Purcell and Selkirk Mountain Ranges, this a truly a golf course that will remain in every golfers memory bank. Typical of most Furber designs, Balfour has large undulating greens with the front nine holes carved from the forest so each fairway is separate. The back nine holes feature elevation change that provides both challenge, and spectacular vistas to enjoy. The four finishing holes are truly outstanding! After golf, enjoy sitting out on the deck at The Osprey Mountain Grill taking in the golf course, the lake and mountain views and enjoying your favourite beverage and a wonderful meal prepared by the Chef from a varied menu.
